Question 1
One time I had to deal with disagreements on a project.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Westchester, OH) in Aug 2024
Interview
I applied online, and then I was automatically sent an assessment test. I think the test is supposed to be like an IQ test, but it wasn't really, it was more like a focus/adhd test, where you had to quickly recall grids and graphs. It had nothing to do with any actual problem solving or relevant skills for the position. I'd avoid working here if this is how they conduct their process.

Interview
