Interview
Aptitude Tests online followed by Three Interview steps. During the interview, Situational Questions and Behaviourial Questions were asked. You are advised to use the STAR approach to answer the questions.
Relatively smooth interview process, 1 round virtual and 1 round face to face with senior HR leaders. Mainly situational questions, and they emphasize using their PEAK framework. Useful to prepare examples in advance.

Son dos o tres entrevistas intensas y el proceso se puede llegar a alargar 3 meses. En mi caso, llegué al final del proceso y tardaron 3 semanas en decirme que no.
