Interview
I had two rounds of interviews. First interview was with an HR, second with the manager and other HR. During the second round interviewers were not friendly, sometimes even rude when saying that I was too ambitious.

Question 1
Tell us about yourself? How did you cope with problems in group projects? Where do you see yourself in 5-10 years?
In the first interview, they’re asking general interview questions and they are waiting the response in SMART methodology. Language of the interview is English, and they are expecting full proficiency. If you pass this one, second interview is with a higher ranked manager, in my case Factory Manager. This interview is not structural as the previous one. Again it started in English, but after they saw that you are fluent in English, they may switch Turkish. In this step, they are comparing you versus the other candidates, as I understand.
The questions were the strength-based and a few scenario questions. Depending on your interviewer, they might ask you to introduce yourself at the very start. There were no calculations or knowledge based questions.

Interview
After uploading my CV I took the game based online assessment. The HR then contacted me after a few months and arranged a first interview. A week after the first interview, I got my final round interview.
