A set of behavioral questions in your past experiences built around the company's principles and values. It's usually 3 identical interviews with different interviewers to cali rate their input. It was a pleasent discussion in a relaxed ambience where the interviewers were welcoming, except for only 1 interviewer who put some pressure to see how i reacted to stress, but then he became pleasent once we finished the stress part

1 Round simple and easy. 45 minute interview asked 6 questions in total and answer in a STAR format. Situation, Task/action/result and include it in every question. answer confidently and dont hesitate. They are very nice with the marking and they respond with in couple weeks.
Most likely previous experience. Specific how to, why that, tell me something about a time when, how do you etc. Quite challenging if you don´t have experience but with a plan easy
There were 2 rounds of interviews, asking about your leadership experience and examples of driving change in previous roles. In between the interview there were tests verifying your pattern recognition skills.
