Interview
Took the tests, had a video interview, then had an onsite test and interview. The second test had some length and volume calculations which I wasn't expecting. But the other questions are similar to the ones found online. The final interview was more technical than I anticipated, which is where I think I flunked.

Tough but well organised. You get put into groups with other candidates and discuss the actual situation at hand. Then someone comes in and shares their view if the problem for everyone to discuss and agree.
