The first round was a telephonic interview to know about basic background about myself. Second round was personal interview where in we discussed mostly on the work I have done and what work I could expect

I first did some online tests. One was a behavior test and the other was a cognitive test. Then I had a first-round interview on the phone where they asked 5 questions based on my work experience and 2 situational questions asking what I would do in a certain situation. Then I had a second-round interview where I was asked the exact same type of question but on a video call with 2 people. I then waited for a decision and ultimately did not receive an offer

Tell me a time when you saw an opportunity for innovation. What did you do and what was the result?
There was a panel review. They asked questions about my background and previous experience. The focus was on any technical background I had specifically regarding excel and supply chain concepts.
It was a great experience. I met many great leaders and people from the supply chain team. Unfortunately I wasn't able to pass the last interview. But it was great overall.
