Colloquio cordiale con i principali responsabili di settore, molto attenti alle tue esigenze ed al feeling con le attività lavorative proposte. Human resources professionale con domande e risposte sulla personalità del candidato
I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble in Nov 2011
Interview
The process consists of:
- a first logical test (online)
- a second logical/mathematical test ( written)
- a final interview with managers from the functions you applied for
The tests are similar to IQ-tests for the logical part and simple mathematical tests for the other, and a sample of slightly lower difficulty can be found on the website.
As regards the interview, it is important for you to check the "success drivers" they focus on on the website and to stress them during the interview. Rather than being strictly technical, the interview deals more with those drivers and leadership abilities.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
Could you describe a situation in which your "thinking out of the box" has made a new solution to a certain problem possible?
I applied online. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Boston, MA) in May 2023
Interview
2 rounds of interviews total. There is a long questionnaire before the interviews. The formal interview had behavior questions and technical questions in both rounds. The 2 rounds were very similar.
You have to pass their test to continue on to the interview portion. I applied online and then met them at my college career fair. A couple days after applying online, I was invited to take an assessment. About1-2 weeks after, I got a call to schedule an interview. After that interview (1-2 weeks), a recruiter emailed me to schedule a day for a slew of interviews/talking to people. After the second round, I heard back within a few days of an offer. Each interview will ask you STAR based questions and then a scenario based question.
