I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Cincinnati, OH) in Sept 2012
Interview
All behavioral based. First interview was with 1 person. Final interview was with 2 people. Lots of questions, so be ready with lots of stories! Requested them in "CAR" format (context, action, results). Also had to pass a personality-type test to see if I'd it company culture, and an IQ-type test (mostly with shapes) online before the interview, then had a longer version of the IQ test on paper the day of the interview on-site.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Asked about things like when I demonstrated excellent leadership, used data to make a decision, came up with an innovative solution.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Geneva) in May 2020
Interview
After passing the online assessment I had three interviews, two with HR Managers in high positions and my last interview with the hiring manager of the team I would have joined.
The recruitment process was really straight forward, they were considerate of my time difference and I thoroughly enjoyed my interviews - especially the first two, my rapport with my third interviewer was not as good which is likely a reason why did not pass the last round. Overall P&G have an amazing recruitment practise in place and I wish all of my recruitment experiences went as smoothly. Once I got the email that I did not get the job, my recruiter reached out to me to give me some peace of mind and to tell me that I did very well despite not getting the job - how lovely and encouraging! The HR employees are very warm and empathetic and it feels like they are genuinely interested in the interview and the interviewees background.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you had to pull together a diverse team to solve a complex problem.
I applied online and completed the online assessment. I received an email stating that we will get back to you within 30 days after reviewing your profile. If you don't receive any communication, please visit your account to check if any communications were sent there.
It has been more than on month since and I haven't received any communication from their end.
Don't commit a time period to get back if you cant keep that up. Disappointed with P&G's recruitment process. Were you even looking for someone through online applications or just kept it open to receive a pool of candidates?
Disappointed.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble
Interview
Although I was rejected after the 2nd round interview, it was a great opportunity to learn about the company and myself. The company had a good atmosphere and the staffs and the interviewers made me feel comfortable while I was waiting for and processing the interview. I think the key to succeed is know about yourself
