Easy, You had time to think about solution, There are enough example was provided to interviewer and provided several example.
Then Senior manager asked about your skills. Then Partner manager asked about your skills and your time
Then they offered me. it was nice working with them in general.

I had a preliminary inteview with agent, then technical interview over the phone, a 30-45 minute purely technical, then an inteview with owner and decision and offer made on the spot
