Was asked for a first round and second round interview, completed both and was left with a short estimated timeline for the hiring process. Was promptly ghosted and did not hear from any representatives.

Fairly average interview experience relative to the rest of the industry, but an overall drawn-out interview process that saw at least a month of separation between any significant candidacy updates - candidate experience needs significant improvement in this regard.
