Had 2 rounds of interviews-- 1 technical and 1 HR round. I did not find the HR round upto the mark. Before starting the interview process, I had made clear my salary expectations but during negotiation time, the HR was very arrogant. It was quite clear they couldn't pay what I asked for so she started pointing out how many companies I have changed in past.
My question to them is this--all my experience is in 1st page of my CV and also I had informed my salary expectation upfront, then why bother to start the interview process?
Prov is anyway not a well known company till now and with this HR attitude, they are not going to get any better.
