I had such lovely and positive experiences with the Recruiters at ProSmile. I have interviewed for 2 Practice Manager positions at 2 different times with the company. After the initial screening, I was invited to meet the staff in person. I used PTO and spent $80 on Uber fares to commit to this interview. After 2 weeks of trying to reach out to the recruiter for interview updates, I was ghosted and left feeling that my time, dedication, and commitment to the company were not appreciated. I had such a lovely experience throughout the process and was so disheartened when I was ghosted at the final steps of the process.
