They sat around gave everyone a quality test on plating even if they knew that you had no plating experience. They will ask things like tell me about your last role but they didn't know anything about what I was talking about. then they would try to sell you on how great it is to work there. Don't fall for it, none of the facts are true. They will go on to ask you to solve an issue you've never seen before. Best of luck on the test if you really need this job, If not keep looking.
