Not worth it, the job description is misleading making the position seem like it is doing more than simply being a head hunter. The people are nice and the company does have good clients and reviews but there is little room for growth with long hours and completely in person.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at ProPivotal (Boston, MA)
Interview
A little disorganized as the agent was late and the advertised job description was not what was discussed on the phone. Salary range was higher on the job posting and depicted hybrid work. On the phone, the agent already asked if I would do fully on site as the job didn't offer remote opportunities and the salary was about 15K less than what the posting stated. Just a bit of misleading communication which can be a time waster during the interview process.
I applied online. I interviewed at ProPivotal in Feb 2023
Interview
Pretty painless. It was done over multiple phone calls at my convenience with the agency and the department head. Everyone I spoke with was pleasant and interested in my experience.
