I applied at their job offer, handed my resume and took a typing test. If you type decent, you get called for an interview very soon after. I had an interview right after the test, and was called the next day letting me know I was hired.

Applied using a job post on Craigslist for a Data Entry position, received an email asking me to come in for an interview, walk-in, fill out application packet, wait to be called back for interview with either HR or one of the hiring department's managers. Was offered a position that same day and started working 2 days later.
