Interviewed with this company when the prior company lost the contract. Two individuals were calling in individuals to interview each person. While I was in there it was more of a probing of what was going on and how things were done, rather then an interview. I asked questions pertaining to the horrible ratings on the Glass Door reviews and at first they said they had never heard of Glass Door, but then I brought up a particular interview from another person and they came back with some BS to cover their hide. I went on to ask about the benefits and they avoided any details and pushed that off to an HR package being received by all who were made an offer. I had seen reviews indicating how bad the benefits were, but it wasn't until I got a copy of the benefit sheet that I realized how horrible they actually were. The first clue is that the text font on the benefit sheet is so small that you need a magnifying glass in order to read the text of the benefits. For Sick/Vacation time, only 10 days a year. Remember that is for both sick and vacation. As far as the 401K they only have a very small match and an employee only vests at like 20% per year. The medical/Dental/Vision is absurd in that they give you about $450.00 per moth to pay for the services, along with Short Term Disability and Long Term Disability, but the services just for the employee run about $350.00 per month more than that, so you're already negative, just for basic coverage with high deductibles. They ended up cutting the peoples salaries who accepted the offers by about 15% from what they were making prior to joining this company and I was told that they were going to expect overtime without pay. If you interview with this company get the details about the benefits and what's expected as you will then want to run, not walk, away. Horrible company for employees.
