Pro Staff Customer Service Representative interview questions

I submitted my resume online. Ididnt hear anything back for a couple of weeks so I called in to follow up. I was given a brief phone interview and a Simple Bkgrnd Chk. I had to complete forms and resubmit them online, downloaded job description and other non disclosures. I also had to arrive to the interiew address listed in the documents, called Prosatff after the process was over and tell them how it went. They called me later and told me whether or not I was hired.
