Had two rounds of interviews. The first was with the HR manager and the second was with the production team. Both went well but there were a couple of red flags. the most notable one was I shared my salary expectations in the 1st interview and was told that I was in (but in the highest part) of their range for the position. I interview over the next 2-3 weeks and get offered the position. However, the offer was 10,000-15,000 below the agreed-upon expectations. I had to turn the position down.
