I applied online to the Prisma Nurse Residency program. I was emailed to take a phone interview soon after. Then I was contacted with panel interview times to select. One panel interview was with peer nurses from each campus and the other was managers from each campus

Interview
Formal, panel-style interview with unit managers from several GHS hospitals and also another panel-style interview with nurse peers from the specific unit. All questions were behavioral based. The hospitals represented were the the hospitals that were currently hiring nurse residents. Some were only hiring one person.
