Interview
There were 3 rounds of face to face interview. First one was sort of techno functional, second managerial and third human resource. Post that I was kept on hold by the HR for a month, and they called me afterwards with an offer I couldn't refuse.

What i s your normal day at work as a business analyst.
It was a great interview - the supervisors asked relevant questions and answered all of my questions. Not high stress, but professional. Multiple people were in the interview, including a current employee, which was helpful to get both the employee and supervisor's opinion.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Principal Financial Group (Hong Kong)

3 rounds of interview, team head,the team leader and HR.
First round and Third round focus on experience and passion, the second round is more on sharing and how you can fit in the company.
