The process is -
1. Initial Call to setup a face to face technical discussion
2. Technical 1st round for 45 minutes
3. Functional 2nd round for 30 minutes
4. HR 3rd round for 15 minutes

Interview
Had to post a video of me describing my resume during the application that was stressful. Actual interview was standard. Did not move forward because there was a hiring freeze at the time.
I had given my interviews through the pool campus. Hence there was brief introduction to tell what the company does and what will our role be, then there was shortlisting via an aptitude test and 3 rounds of interviews after.

They mostly asked situation based questions to test how quickly you can come up with solutions to management/ team/ daily task related problems. Also asked me what was my career plan , where do you see yourself 5 years down the line.
