I met with the director of Primrose and she was very friendly. It seemed like they cared about their children getting the best care and education. I was asked a few questions that were overall simple as long as you have experience to pull from.

They are very thorough and ask lots of thoughtful questions and want to know more about your background. They also give you a tour while you are doing the interview and introduce you to the children of each age group and classroom.

They interview and never get back to you. You call to follow up they do not return your calls. they also ask if you will ever need a leave of absence. when I applied I disclosed that I was pregnant and never heard back from them after several attempts to follow up. Buyer beware.
