Super relaxed! Very friendly and super receptive to people who are honest and respectful. Perfection is not the key attribute they look for its the person! Just be yourself and go in with positive thoughts and you should be fine.

An in-depth, but very pleasant interview process, assessing fit from both a talent and culture standpoint. There was a hypothetical project involved for a client used to assess skill level and creative thinking.
