4 rounds of interview. First round is with their internal recruiter, followed by 2 rounds of interviews with the directors and finally the VP. Interviews were done remotely, The whole process took about 3-4 weeks.

Interviews with the director focuses on your technical knowledge on ICSRs, signal detection and benefit-risk assessment
The interview was very well structured, the steps, schedules and the process were all transparent. The HR team was professional with all the handling despite carrying out the whole process remotely.
