This was a hiring event near the hangers at CLT. The hours were from 10 AM to 3 PM for us consecutive three days in a row. I arrived at 9:30 to be prompt and they were there already and they let me come on in and sign in. Two ladies were conducting the interviews one in the back doing a formal interview and the other were setting up the drug testing station. The process seemed pretty easy. I went back to the interview with the first interviewer, and she only asked me a few questions and went over my résumé. When we were finished, I went back towards the front and did the drug test. It was just a swab that had to sit under your tongue for seven minutes. And then after that, they had you conceal it, sign it and that was the end. I got an email a few hours later for my background application. I did that immediately and then a week later, I got the email stating the training dates and times and I had to sign a lot of paperwork and do my payroll things
I applied online. I interviewed at PrimeFlight (Denver, CO) in Apr 2026
Interview
1st interview was over the phone with a recruiter. 2nd interview was in person basic interview questions. Then after two assignments need to be completed one for mechanical aptitude and one personal aptitude test. Lowball offer first under job posting pay rate then a real off from the recruiter
smooth experience straight to the point the questions were fairly relatable to the job posting. the manager explained the job description, went over schedule, pay, benefits parking etc all in all great experience
