Online application, Phone screen with HR, face to face with managers, face to face with potential coworkers. Spread out over a few weeks but they worked with my schedule. Accomodating to early morning or late afternoon scheduling

Interview
I received an email to set up a phone screen about 2 weeks after applying. I spoke with the recruiter regarding the role. I have more experience than they required and asked for more than they wanted to pay. When I asked about the company culture, I was told they offer 5 weeks vacation a year because it is a high stress environment. Benefits and their cost are listed on their website which is quite transparent and very helpful to know before going in.
