I applied online. I interviewed at Prime Healthcare Services
Interview
All done over the phone. Once with recruiter and once with hiring manager. Overall from recruiting to hiring, process took about two weeks prior to submitting a start date. Recruiter was friendly and asked probing and "getting to know you questions". Hiring manager also continued with "getting to know you" questions but focused more on the ability to perform daily duties.

What are your strengths and weaknesses? Are you familiar with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall?
Step 1: Technical Test on Python, SQL, Excel, and Problem Solving
Step 2: Interview with Senior Business Analyst (Technical and Behavioral)
Step 3: Panel interview with Director and VP (Projects and Experience)
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Prime Healthcare Services (Ontario, CA) in Jan 2025
Interview
Extremely unprofessional. The interviewers had their cameras switched off during all rounds except the last round. They had a 3 hour coding round which was very disorganised. The VP who interviewed me was rude, openly stated he hires Indians (I am of Indian origin) and they promote internally, and not to expect work life balance in his team. The pay they offered was not compensate with the location and the experience expected as well.

Question 1
I was asked very inappropriate questions which are not be asked in a professional setting - they enquired about my family, when I mentioned my wife, they asked what she does. When I said she’s on maternity leave, I was asked if I had support at home to help with child care as they expected the role to frequently go beyond working hours, up to 10pm on weekdays and even some weekends.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Prime Healthcare Services (Ontario, CA)
Interview
They give you a huge question paper like 3 pages of questions. you dont even get the time to read and answer them within an hour. It's a waste of time interviewing here. They dont even know that Java is a Backend technology.
