I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Primary Response (Scarborough, ON) in Aug 2016
Interview
I applied online through Indeed.com and received a call the next day. I set up an interview and went to it. They ask you to bring your direct deposit form, security license, first aid and drivers license (if you have one). They then give you paperwork to fill out. This takes about 10-20 minutes. It asks you for your entire work history for the last five years. After you fill out the form you wait until they bring you into a classroom, where you will watch a presentation about the company and the types of sites and training they offer. After this is done you get your uniform. I think I stayed at the head office for maybe three to four hours. Show up and you will be hired. That is it.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Primary Response (Toronto, ON) in Sept 2015
Interview
There was no interview. They hired me on the spot. They sent an email notifying me of orientation after I submitted my resume. Orientation was from 9am to 2pm. Afterwards we were assigned to locations and we got our uniform.
