Very similar to the assessments, if you pass those its just a copy of that. very simple safety questions and they discuss your work hours. they put you through some situational questions to see if you align with their priorities

It was a very clear and easy to follow interview process. Overall it took about 30 minutes to complete. There was two people from Primark attending the interview and then myself.

Goodness super easy as they were kind to me and asked easy questions as I was referred by a friend , do understand their key values though and make sure to do general research on Primark
face to face, very easy and friendly conversation with the hiring manager. i applied for nightshift role.Communication was clear throughout, and the interviewers were friendly, informative, and focused on both technical skills and cultural fit.
