Interview process was friendly and conversational with my interviewer. Was in two parts with the first half focused on myself and my skills, the second were scenarios that I had to come up with an answer to how I would respond or resolve them.

Can you give an example of a time where you helped someone else?
Questions you would expect in majority retail roles. Questions about shop floor interactions. Customer interactions etc. There's only a few questions. Interview focuses the most on your soft skills and your approach to the retail environment.

very smooth, just went up to the checkout area and said i have an interview, we sat in the back and i just got asked a few questions, very friendly it felt more personal and easier to talk compared to other interviews i have had
