Primark questions: Why Primark? What do you know about Primark? Top 5 skills you need for the job? What makes good customer service? What makes good team work? If a customer wanted the clothes on the mannequin but they are sold out what would you do? (Suggested answer; recommend checking the nearest Primark, check when is the next delivery, recommend something in a similar style) If the queues at the fitting rooms are long what would you do? (Suggested answer; let customers know that primark has 28 day return & exchange policy, so they can try them at home) Order these in terms of priority; (this is the right order) Customer enquiry Stock on the floor & restocking
very smooth, just went up to the checkout area and said i have an interview, we sat in the back and i just got asked a few questions, very friendly it felt more personal and easier to talk compared to other interviews i have had
