Interview
Had a good interview and felt it went well, but never heard back from them after that if I was successful or not. Would have been a better experience if I had been given some feedback on my interview.
Prompt process.
Phone call interview followed by 2 rounds with one in the head office. Generally competency based questions so looking for examples using the star method. Overall good process despite the outcome.

A time I had to work with a challenging stakeholder
Interviewers were 15mins late - didn't give an apology
As recruiters themselves, this is a very poor representation on the business and culture.
I was told I was progressing to the next round but then got ghosted despite sending a follow up email to them checking in.
Overall, the interview experience left a sour impression and I won't reapply.
