Long winded , personal and misleading , the woman basically told me I was due to start and she lied . What is the actual point of doing that to someone in a pandemic , I mean most people have been to Primark and its not the place anyone has dreamed of working in . I find it patronising that someone would do that .
Had an interview with the store manager in the staff room. The standard set of questions for a Primark interview were asked e.g. What would you do if a customer wanted to return an item but the item did not have a tag? A lot of focus on availability.
overall they asked the standard easy interview questions, then after this they take you over to the shop floor to do a short practical task. but it felt like they are trying to get you to work for free
Easy and outgoing where you have to explain you past experiences and what your expectations are. Can be daunting but all interviews are like that. Then had to fill as a self sheet and an exit interview at the end
