I applied online and was emailed about a week later telling me I had an interview. I went for my interview, which was relatively quick and really relaxed. I then received an email a week after my interview telling me I got the job!

Question 1
How do you think you will cope with the busy nature of the store?
Scenario: Put the following in order of how you would deal with them, from first to last.
1) The shelves/stock being emptier than normal
2) A spillage on the floor
3) A customer needs your help
It was a very clear and easy to follow interview process. Overall it took about 30 minutes to complete. There was two people from Primark attending the interview and then myself.

What prior experience helps you with this position?
Goodness super easy as they were kind to me and asked easy questions as I was referred by a friend , do understand their key values though and make sure to do general research on Primark
face to face, very easy and friendly conversation with the hiring manager. i applied for nightshift role.Communication was clear throughout, and the interviewers were friendly, informative, and focused on both technical skills and cultural fit.
