the interview began with a presentation on a relevant topic that was assigned to me prior to attending the interview. This was presented to a panel in their head office. Once completed, the competency based interview began

The salary is great as well as nogociacions aren’t hard
First was a Phone interview then an Online test including a multi tasking quiz, a customer queries best solutions, once passed I got Called for a face to face interview

Prima intervista telefonica, durante la quale mi è stato chiesto della mia esperienza lavorativa e mi è stato illustrato il processo di selezione e la struttura “professionale” dei negozi primark. Secondo colloquio in video call, dove sono state chieste nello specifico degli interventi di azione in determinate circostanze retail, approfondimento sul mio percorso lavorativo; è stato spiegato il processo di inserimento nei negozi Primark partendo dalla posizione di “team manager”
