The board will then begin asking you a series of questions to assess your knowledge, abilities and personal suitability. You may also participate in a set of exercises that will demonstrate your abilities and suitability for the role.
The interview was very easy to schedule once I had applied, I applied on the weekend and heard back from them on Tuesday. The interview was good, going over all the information for the role.

It was a pretty easy interview process asking about customer service experience and going over your resume and asking your availability
A lot of people interview not everyone is hired
It was simple and easy you go in for an interview they get back to you in a couple of days with an offer. They do a background check and the pay is good
