There is a standard checklist that they follow. You answer basic, straightforward questions you would expect and are scored as a result. It is very easy to prepare for. You are scored on a rating scale, I believe numerical!

It was a one-on-one interview which was nice and personal.

Overall it was a good interview, perfect for someone who is new to work and has not yet had a formal interview. It helped me with future retail interviews.

Very simple and straightforward questions. Nothing challenging. Took place in an empty office with no distractions. Questions mainly about my skills and why I was suitable for the role. Took around 30 mins to an hour.
It was a group interview initially then we were taken to have a one to one. After which we basically had a trial shift for a couple of hours. They spoke to us about working with the business and allowed us to ask questions
