Summary: Extremely Disorganized Process, Severe Delays, and Unprofessional Management
Interview Process:
The interview process was highly disorganized and lacked basic professional courtesy. It began with an assignment, after which my feedback was delayed for months. My follow-up emails were completely ignored, leading me to assume I had been rejected.
Surprisingly, a month later, they called me for an initial interview. It was a long session where I explicitly stated my expected salary. They promised to get back to me within a week, but once again, they missed their own deadline and ignored my subsequent follow-up calls and emails.
Three weeks later, they reached out for a "management interview," which unexpectedly turned into another technical round. After completing it, I was asked to wait for 10-15 minutes but was left waiting for an hour and a half before finally being taken to the Managing Director's office.
This final stage was shocking and highly unprofessional. The management team was condescending, openly mocking my previous work experience and the educational institution I attended. After this drawn-out, disrespectful ordeal, they offered me a completely entry-level salary, stating they did not have the budget to meet my expectations.
If they did not have the budget for my requested salary, they should have been transparent about it during the first interview instead of wasting months of my time, ignoring communications, and subjecting me to unprofessional behavior in the final round.
