I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at PriceWeber Marketing
Interview
The first interview was on the phone with the director of HR, and it was an easy conversation about experience and current needs for the open position. The second interview was also on the phone with the direct report, a simple get-to-know-each-other, and a few professional questions describing experience and learning more about the role. The final interview was in person. I met the CEO and Director of HR, had an office tour, and finalized the discussion around the available role. The total interview process took around two weeks.

Question 1
What was your favorite project you have worked on in the past and why?
I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at PriceWeber Marketing (Louisville, KY) in Apr 2018
Interview
The same day I dropped-off my portfolio and resume, I received a call from the human resources director asking when I'd be available to come in for an in-person interview. Within two days, I was in the office interviewing with the CEO. He spent almost three hours with me. Two days later, I came in for a follow-up interview with the account director I would be working with. And by the end of the next day, I had accepted a job offer.

Question 1
The interview wasn't a typical Q&A format, which was refreshing. It was a conversation regarding my work experience and personal aspirations. The CEO also shared his vision for PriceWeber, as well as his personal leadership mantra.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at PriceWeber Marketing
Interview
Was contacted by a recruitment agency about the position. I was told PriceWeber wanted to move quickly and hire a new developer as soon as possible. The next day, the agency called my references, did a background check, and proceeded to verify all the information I provided. In the same day, they provided the information to PriceWeber and asked to schedule an interview with me.
After almost a month of delays of PriceWeber not responding, whether it be a hiring manager being out of office that week, or they simply didn't get around to it, they decided that they're going to not hire any new Developer's at this time. A massive disappointment that PriceWeber couldn't take 30 minutes out of a month to interview a developer. I'm sure they had their reasons, but it left an unfortunately bad impression on both me and the recruitment agency (they get their commissions off of confirmed hires, so they were bummed to).
