I applied online. I interviewed at Prezzo Italian (Hinckley, England)
Interview
The interview process was a chance for the employer to ask about relevant experience and get to know the candidate. It was also a good opportunity for the candidate to meet the current staff and ask any questions they may have.
The interview was an easy interview, focusing on a casual chat rather than structured questions. Felt like the aim was to have a relaxed conversation, allowing for a natural flow of topics and ideas. No formal interview structure.
Bad interview - very informal. He was sarcastic and quite rude in fact. Got the job however very unorganised and did not send documents for weeks, so I rejected the offer.
