This process included 2 separate teams interviews, followed by an onsite interview. I spoke with 2 different HR Directors and 2 different VPs of Operations. Honestly, the onsite interview might have been the worst experience I've ever had. The interviewers were not organized, hadn't looked at my resume, didn't seem invested and did not even try to earn my interest. Their questions were targeting an HR Generalist (or HR Admin) while I was interviewing for a multi-site Senior HRM role. I called my recruiter immediately after and told him "pass."
