Interview wasn’t hard to get through. A lot of just asking simple questions and feeling out whether you would be a good fit. Company wants to find social people to sell Verizon door to door, with the potential to move up and out in the company and eventually own your own Verizon store.
I turned down the job because of the salary. You make no base salary, which was not told to me prior to the interview. I was told the average salary is $45,000 and there was room for negotiation. When discussing salary they said that you receive $200 for each new customer you get, you have to work 10am-8:30pm Monday through Friday and 10-6 on Saturday. Selling $1000 a week (5 new customers) evens out to $16.50 an hour. If you are someone who can survive on that amount of money a week and the potential to not have a salary then this is a company that will fit you.
New update: Company called me and asked if they could set up a date for me to come in and interview. This was after interviewing for 2 days, making it through the whole interview process and being offered the job.
