Interview
Fairly standard process beginning with the phone screening, followed by video interview with the hiring manager, a panel video interview, concluding with an executive panel interview. Although the process was standard, the people involved were professional, friendly, inquisitive and responsive. I appreciated the fact that the hiring manager informed me when the hiring decision would be made. Additionally the entire process only took about a month from application to offer.

It was not a behavior based interview. The interview was more conversational. The interviews focused on engagement management, client relationship management, leadership and communication style. Also, why I was interested in working for Press Ganey.
