Screening call with sales, marketing and operations leader went well. When I followed up she advised that the position was filled by another candidate. It seemed that the hiring process was already in place and that I was called as a back up in case they did not hire that person. The hiring person is no longer with the company I see on the site.

The interviewing recruiter was very nice. I got the feeling that the job was already given to another candidate by the relaxed nature of the conversation and no real substantive questions.
