3 step process. meet with recruiter, then meet with senior engineer, then a technical where they present a file of code and you walk them through it and offer suggestions.

Was interviewed as part of a transition. Interview process felt rushed. Was told there was no room to negotiate salary. Told salary cuts were coming. When trying to speak on my resume, was told they didn’t even have it up. Eventually ended with what felt like a “take it or leave it” offer.

It was short -- just 3 conversations. There was no serious technical vetting. It was more about establishing fit, focus and responsibilities. There were major delays in the process and a lack of communication.
