Initial video interview (I was surprised that it was with the hiring manager and not a recruiter), then a 2 hour on-site interview. Good questions from the interviewers. I liked that they moved quickly. I was on site within two weeks of applying. Unfortunately I was given timelines for next steps that were not kept, and after an email saying they needed another 2-3 weeks my inquiries were ghosted. It's frustrating to not get an answer after an on site interview. I rejection email really only takes 10-20 seconds to right.
