Recruitment agency arranged both interviews, 1st was with 2 interviewers asked situational type questions generally relaxed and predictable type questions. Received a call an hour later to set up 2and interview. 2nd interview was with 2 more senior people and was very relaxed more about informing me what to expect interview went on for about an hour really informative and nothing hidden. The next day the agency rang to discuss the offer.
