There were three calls in the whole process: The first one was a basic screening regarding your background and experience. After that, they gave me a dataset and asked me to derive insights from it. The second interview was a presentation of the first dataset as mentioned. There were more managers joining the conversation with more questions. Then, they threw me a real problem they were dealing with in the market and asked me to spend 3-5 days to crack it. They shared screenshots of their internal conversation regarding the issue, market forecasts, and users' reviews. Eventually, I decided to conduct a focus group with my friends and see their feedback on the app. The third interview was basically the presentation of the second task. We talked about compensation as well at this time point.
