I spoke with a recruiter on the phone and she asked about my job history and why I was looking for a new role. Meet with 2 managers and the CEO. They asked questions about my experience and examples of how I managed people and processes. I got a tour of the facility and everyone was very nice. The interview lasted about 2 1/2 hours.

Sat down at a diner for interview. Very shady from the beginning. Used pen and paper to go over commission structure. Con man at best. At least I got a free breakfast.

2 interview with sales manager. Pen and paper explanation of salary and commission structure. Not very honest and precise. Very sketchy and not believable. Said one thing and meant another.
