I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Premier Insurance Benefits (Clearwater, FL) in Dec 2012
Interview
Phone screening interview which lasted about 10 minutes with Human Resources Recruiter. At conclusion of interview an in person interview was scheduled with the President. Before meeting with President, I was given the Wonderlic timed pre-employment test, which you are required to score favorably before moving on in the process. The President kept me waiting nearly 2 hours before spending 5 minutes with me. I was hired on the spot.

Question 1
Very basic - tell me about yourself and your experience? What are you looking for in an employer? What are your salary requirements? Is the commute and schedule acceptable?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Premier Insurance Benefits (Clearwater, FL) in Dec 2012
Interview
Found position on Indeed.com and I was called by recruiter for a prescreen. The first clue I knew something was not right was that the recruiter was more interested in selling me on the company rather than making sure I was a good fit for the company. Anytime recruiting tells you you're going to make a 6 figure income be weary. I was offered the opportunity to meet with the President and CFO who asked basic information and provided me with the companies direction. Mind you, none of the objectives the company sought ever materialized.
